Bret attended the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts Receiving his AOS in Transformational Psychology. He also received certificates in Life Coaching, Hypnotherapy, Cranial-Sacral Unwinding, Polarity Therapy, and Reiki. He returned to complete his Massage Therapy license with focuses in Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, and Myotherapy.
Bret was an Instructor at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts for 9 years prior to Covid-19 where he taught Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, TMJ Release, and Ayurveda.
Bret attended the National Academy of Manual Osteopathy and received a Diploma of Manual Osteopathic Practice. This has expanded his ability to work on the body by working with the muscular system and the structure of the body.
